Clear Care, part of The Black and White Group, were formed in 2004 by three industry professionals with a purpose of supplying a unique customer-focused service to clients throughout the M4/M5 corridor.
In November 2016, two partners retired and the company was purchased by the longest standing Director, Tony Farmer. The company took this opportunity to rebrand and invest in some state of the art technology.
Since our inception, we have forged excellent relationships with our clients and business partners. We have achieved this by taking the time to really understand our clients needs.
By investing time at the beginning, we get to understand the requirements, values and culture of each client, which enables us to recruit efficiently and effectively. This in turn ensures we surpass our client’s expectations, retention rates remain high, whilst presenting excellent value for money.
